your third person should be a few paragraphs, and honestly it can be about anything as long as it gives a good impression of the character's personality and how they react to a situation. So... for example, my Starscream application was him disembodied and floating through the depths of space, flashbacking; whilst my Fakir one was about him freaking out becuase he couldn't find Duck and then wondering if his whole experience was even real; and my Sho one was him laughing about being free of Joshua's influence. Note that only ONE of those even took place in The City; the rest were actually more like just drabbles.
